3. Submitting a Request

When you submit a request through the Site, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are the property owner or are authorized to request services for the property in question;
• You consent to your information being shared with one or more Service Providers in your area;
• You consent to being contacted by those Service Providers by phone, text, or email regarding your request, including at the number(s) you provide, even if those numbers are on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You may revoke consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to text messages, asking the caller to remove you, or contacting us at through our contact page.

4. No Endorsement; Independent Service Providers

Service Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not screen, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any Service Provider’s licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, availability, or work quality. Any contract for services is solely between you and the Service Provider. We are not responsible for any act, omission, or dispute arising from your interaction with a Service Provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
